Obsessions, premier album de Notturno, ne pouvait avoir de meilleur nom. Le black metal dépressif y commence avec douceur pour occuper vos pensées. Et une fois que le point de non retour a été franchi, il est dévastateur. Le champ des émotions exprimées par Kjiel est immense : colère, détresse et déprime hantent chacun de ses cris ; ses chuchotements traduisent une fatigue qui ne pourra jamais être soulagée — je comprends mieux pourquoi Imber Luminis a travaillé avec Eyelessight. Damn,…what a monster! Well, i would call it progressive black/death doom metal. The harder songs (1-3) really kick ass. Amazing guitarwork and some heavy drums. Then there is an acoustic intro to the next song „Black Crystal Snowfall“ It‘s a little slower but an epic piece of music. After that, there is an acoustic outro - simply amazing. Troisième plaie béante de la saga A Fleur de Peau, une flamme pâle, qui ne brûle pas — quand la vie n'est que l'ombre d'elle-même. Le titre de ce chapitre donne le ton. Car la flamme, elle, est là : vous pouvez chercher, je ne pense pas que vous trouverez un album de funeral doom aussi intense que celui-là (peut-être même au sein des A Fleur de Peau ?), notamment grâce aux artistes qui joignent Déhà et qui viennent ajouter une splendeur incommensurable — chant féminin/masculin, saxophone...
